You may express a preference regarding which dentist you would like to be seen by. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your request is met, but this may not always be possible. Should you wish to express a preference of practitioner, please state who you would like to see when booking an appointment.
The following languages are spoken at the practice: Danish, Russian, Czech, Slovakian, Urdu, Pashto, Portuguese, Spanish and, of course, English.
To enable access for wheelchairs, we have a downstairs surgery. Please advise us if you would require the use of a downstairs surgery when booking an appointment.
We are very pleased to be a training practice for young dentists. Mr Peter Otzen and Miss Huda Albasri are our trainers. Peter Otzen is also the trainer for our dental therapist.
Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients. Our practice policy is that if, on more than one occasion, patients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend an appointment, then we will no longer be able to offer NHS treatment. We will, of course, take any special circumstances into account.
Estimates are issued with each proposed treatment; unfortunately, we do not offer a private dental plan service, such as BUPA. All payments must be paid before completion of treatment.
Patients who are violent or abusive to practice personnel, to other patients or anyone else on the practice premises will be refused treatment and reported to the relevant authorities.
